Legislature and Knowledge Totem

After work today I headed downtown to enjoy the afternoon. I parked in a different area of the inner harbour and explored streets that I don't normally travel. I am finding this to be the best part of belonging to this site. It is encouraging me to explore different areas of the city.

On the far side of the legislature I was trying to take a picture of the Knowledge Totem pole but was having some difficulty with perspective. After some experimenting, and a lucky visit by a tourist who walked up to the pole I was able to capture the totem with some perspective and the British Columbia legislature in the background.
