Fallen Tree

Yesterday a neighbour mentioned that one of my trees had fallen down on Friday blocking the little path and part blocking the lower drive (which we hardly ever use). A little odd as there was no wind on Friday but the trees are on a steep slope. Went to have a look and to my great relief it's actually another neighbour's tree which has fallen across our path and is resting on a tree which is ours. In the image the land to right of the path is his. The only problem is that this neighbour is a neighbour only in the literal sense of living nearby and is generally very uncooperative in this sort of thing. There is a driveway belonging to neighbour number 1 between the path and the road but that is hardly visible in the picture.
