Blinking in the morning sun
Shaking off the heavy one

Elbow 'One day like this'
Fantastic day today spent on the beach at Kynance Cove. Sara and I made it into the water but it was very,very cold.
This shows Andy fishing early this morning off the rocks at Coverack. Total catch,one small Pollock which was in fact quite tasty!
