The lion and the lamb

I have had Fred since the first Christmas after I started school. I have my wonderful teacher Mrs Roberts to thank for him - had she not told my folks at parents' evening they wouldn't have known, because my letter to Santa was a big secret!

He's been very well cuddled since then!

The lion was a present on his birth to Son Two from a lovely friend and ex-colleague of mine. Son Two babbles a lot, but has only two clear(ish!) words - a passable representation of his big bro's name (a word he hears a lot it has to be said!), and Rar (the lion, because we tell him that's what they do...).
