Top Secret

Any guesses?

I'm thinking this is some kind of prototype car or one with an experimental design - all wrapped up and sporting manufacturers plates. Not an unusual sight in and around the Motor City. Probably fairly common around any automotive town. Had to shoot quickly before the light changed and could not get off a shot without going through the front windshield. Just glad (thanks to blip) that I had my camera nearby to grab a snap.
