Rain

Grief but it's rained today! I decided to take a break from revising and go for a walk and the rain started almost as soon as I set off. I took the car as I needed to get some diesel and went down to Yalding to take some photographs.

This flower, however, is in a neighbour's garden. I went out to take another few shots of a small flower growing on the gatepost; I'm trying to identify it and a couple of people have suggested that they need to see the scale. Anyways - while I was out there I had a wander up the road and saw a few interesting flowers so I grabbed some photos. I'm pleased with the colours here and the depth of field which accentuates the detail on the flower head.
