Kaleidorope

It's a while since I've posted a kaleidoscope blip, so here's another one to add to the collection.

The original came from a quick trip to Howth harbour this afternoon before the rain set in. I needed a break and some fresh air after hours spent rescuing the music group web site from a malicious attack on our hosting server. All PHP files had a block of code added at the beginning which, when the file was opened, installed what I presume was a nasty application. I managed to trace the unwanted files which had been installed and then had to manually delete the block of code from each and every PHP file. It all took a long, long time, but eventually I got to the end and the site returned to normal. All very annoying, and once again makes me wonder at the mentality of the people who do things like this.
