Parent's Night Out

We went out to a favorite restaurant and sipped pinot noir while the children stayed after school to have a pizza party, dance and watch movies. This was the starter salad, heirloom brandywine tomato slices layered in buffalo mozzarella with caramelized raspberry vinaigrette drizzled on top. I could have made this my main course!
