Summer fruit...

It seems summer is here again, for a day at least!! We have had a lazy day so far, the kids and I (hubby doesn't get the bank holiday off). Playing in the garden, lots of sandcastles built and trying to teach wee C how to jump rope (not much success, she's got about as much patience as her mother...).

And you can't get any more summery than summer fruit salad eaten in the blazing sunshine. Wee D stole these out of the tub while I was busy preparing all the fruit, and then promptly abandoned them on the mini picnic table in favour of a basin of water and some plastic sea-creatures... Provided me with the ideal opportunity for a summery blip though! Yum!
