Where was I

Its Sunday - Barnard Castle - very nice area - where do
I spend the whole day till 9pm - in a sports hall.
Why is there a rocking horse, a dog, flowers, people watching, and three judges......
Oh it must be a dog show - mad dogs and english ..people ..
