Back in Bangkok, remains of Central World

Astroman and I are back home in Bangkok. Our vacation in Australia was perfect. We visited Melbourne, drove the Great Ocean Road and experienced the sunset at Uluru - among other things. You can follow my blips along our route by starting from here.

The timing of our vacation was perfect. We left Bangkok just before the situation got worse. Today we went to see the remains of the Central World shopping centre which was burnt down during the end game of the red shirt protest. It is a sad sight. I am hoping for more peaceful times but am afraid that Thailand still has a long way to go.
