My dad took me out to lunch today. I got a bowl of shrimp pho and thai tea. My dad taught me a good bit of hashi etiquette, if you are getting food from the community plate you should use the back of your hashi, this is funny since my dad isn't Asian, shouldn't my mom have taught me this? The first time I ever had pho was in Seattle at a place called Pho King... Poor choice in name...
