Lao Po Bing

One of The Gander's students surprised us tonight by bringing us a gift of Lao Po Bing, which roughly translates to Wife cake/biscuit/bread/etc, etc, etc.

Anyway, it is absolutely delicious and is well known in the area we have been living at for the past year.

A few months back when my sister and father came to visit us, we found some Lao Po Bing in Hong Kong, and really liked it. This Lao Po Bing however, was fresh, warm, and way tastier than before.
