a friend told me to look for the tiny moment in each day that shines out from all the rest of the stuff; an especially useful technique when it feels like its all falling on you from a great height, as it is in my life just now...

off to a wedding tomorrow - doing a reading which i'll be so nervous of - then planned to be on the beautiful west coast of scotland by tuesday night, but multi hospital visiting has taken its toll, so hope to get away on wednesday. therefore blipping & commenting will be on hold - unless i figure out how to post from my phone...
