Fungus, sweet fungus

So I went strolling in Wimbledon commons today. I've only been here once before, and that was to find foxes, so today I just sort of wandered, using a new navigation technique, whereby you listen for noise - cars, people etc, and then head in the other direction, repeatedly. (For future reference: this works well until you have to find your way back)

Not long before spotting a squirrel and chasing him with my camera and climbing more than a couple of trees in the process, I came across some fungus-like goodness. I thought it made for photogenic subject matter, plus I needed a blip ;)
