Baby Blues

People always remark upon Lyra's eyes.

They're so big and so blue and so very full of promise.

I often look at her eyes and wonder how she sees things - or how she will see things in 5 years time, or 20 or 50...

People often say that she has my eyes. I'm not sure about that but I wish I had hers!

I have taken a lot of (bad) pictures today as it's been a busy one, but this picture which was snapped whilst Tom filled the car with petrol was my very favourite and will always be a reminder of Lyra's beautiful baby blues.
