Busy day again but not due to work. I went into work with Michael but while he had meetings, I went shopping. It sounds like a hard life but I detest clothes shopping. Fashion and I have never been friends, we're barely on speaking terms. But with me working more now, apparently I need to look 'the part'. Bleh. I did manage to buy a few things which look ok for work but more importantly, are comfortable. As I don't waste time with trying things on, I had some spare time so managed another quick look in the Wolverhampton Art Gallery.

Michael got out early we had enough time to do a bit of food shopping before he went to pick Charlotte up from school. It was Mr Wild's, Charlotte's teacher, last day and there were loads of parents upset that he was leaving. He was probably the one teacher that Charlotte will remember from years to come. She was pleased as punch as on his last day, his Well Done award went to her.

When Charlotte walked in, she was reading 'The Works 2 A Poet a Week' book and in particular, Carol Ann Duffy's 'Teacher' poem. Apparently Charlotte found the book in the library and read it to Mr Wild so it's now her favorite poem.

While waiting for the Family Night BBQ, the wind picked up a bit so Charlotte put her 'Old Man in Florida' outfit on.

She takes after her mother when it comes to Fashion.
