Heavenly food from home

Arguably what I miss from home the most, mum's cookin'. Though granted, this isn't quite the typical meal (yeah, 'cos lobsters are soooo cheap and readily available :p). I actually prefer the other dish these days, slow-cooked pork belly with chinese mushyrooms.
