Home again from our brief, but hugely enjoyable, stay in London to mark our 25th wedding anniversary, which was on May 25th.

The bouquet of flowers for Dot is still looking good and we've had lots of cards (plus emails, tweets and letters).

Celebrating this landmark anniversary has been fantastic. It was lovely to be in London to see our old friend (and Dot's bridesmaid) Jeanette, enjoy a marvellous performance of Les Miserables and meet up with our eldest son, Guy - all in the last couple of days. But visiting Seville a few weeks earlier - and travelling across France and Spain by train to get there - was truly memorable.

Anyway, here's to the next 25 years!
