Miang Kham
This is one of Thai traditional dish called "Miang Kham". It is usually eaten as a snack during raining season. The dish is made of toasted coconut, dried shrimp, toasted peanut, ginger, lime, bird chili, shallot, and betel leaf. Because different herbs are used, the dish helps to balance four elements in your body (Earth, Fire, Water, Wind).
How to eat this dish? You fold the betel leaf in a cone shape. Then, fill it with coconut, dried shrimp, peanut, ginger, lime, chili, and shallot. Topped with the sauce which is made of ginger, coconut, shrimp, lemongrass, shallot, palm sugar, shrimp paste, and fish sauce.
