Oystercatcher

Took a day off for a relaxing day spend mainly walking along beaches. In the morning (well, student morning, about 1pm) I went to Ynyslas (Borth) Beach with Mark. Lovely long open stretch of beach, but I'd unfortunately brought completely the wrong lens :( Ah well. Wind blown walk, paddle avoiding foot wide jellyfish (!) then lunch at a little cafe.

This definitely isn't the best picture but it does have a certain charm, and I love oystercatchers!!

After going back to mine and watching Toy Story, I headed down to Aber beach in time to catch the sunset. Completely froze, but was worth it for a couple of interesting shots.
