Dinner

Tried making Salmon Cakes tonight, but not having a non-stick pan made it a bit tricky; they ended up looking more like Salmon Blobs than Cakes. Still, very yummy.

Today I am grateful for:

A delicious (albeit ugly) meal
My husband - who is also a birthday boy today
Fans (as in the electrical kind), as it is 28 degrees C today!
The colour green...I missed it all winter
