Whirlow flowers

Had a splendid orienteering race in Limb valley this evening on a new extended map, which included some gardens around Whirlow Hall at the end of the race, and requiring increased concentration when it felt like you were nearly finished. Really good fun and the best race in the recent series by far.

Afterwards in the fading light I decided to take some photos of the flower beds with the Hall as a backdrop. An orienteer ran through as I took one of the photographs, and that is the one I have chosen to blip.
