Hubble bubble

While planning food for this weekend's hen party, Mim and I happened upon a recipe for cinder toffee, and decided it looked like good fun. And it was. Frothing, bubbling, boiling, sugary gloop - it was like a science experiment! And the result was absolutely delicious.
