Banana Muffins

Spence had his swimming lesson this morning. It was freezing cold outside but the pool was 32 degrees C! There was steam coming off it when we were in there! Spence loves the water and being in the pool which is good!

We came home and made some banana mini muffins. Spence loves helping. It was a packet mix so all we had to do was put the mixture in a bowl, add water and mix! Spence helped me stir and then spoon it into the muffin tray. When we were waiting for them to cook, he got some other utensils out of the second draw and a bowl and pretended to cook!

Kaz has gone into the city for work today, she will be home later. I am going to make a lasagne pie for tea out of our Healthy Food Guide magazine we get. It looks really good in the book! Will see how it goes!
