Kenting Chop Suey

Was at the most Southern tip of Taiwan, a place called Kenting. Kenting is a seaside resort town facing the blue blue pacific ocean.

As usual lotsa great food, cafes & restaurants in the area in the night.

This one is from the famous Master Wu kitchen selling the much talked about chop suey. At first sight when the food arrive, it really look like a pile of sh*+....
But the taste is out of the world!!!! Cannot have enough of it!
