First Campfire of the Summer

Whilst at Laurie and Matt's house for a campfire this evening, I invented a new snack.

Sometimes the chocolate in a s'more just makes it too rich, you know? (Okay maybe you don't, but I'm not a huge chocolate person and neither is Matt, so at least the two of us are into it).

So what do you do? Put a toasted marshmallow on a graham cracker and call it good.

I call it a s'mo.
