After a few weeks of feeling pretty crap and bloated, and with blood sugar results over 7 most of the time, I decided to make a concerted effort this week to try improve things: I cut down on the rubbish food, walked to work a couple of times and lost about a kilo in weight. So I'm quite satisfied with the blood sugar result on the display. It's been a while since I've had it at a reasonable level. The tricky thing now will be to stick with it...
