Princes Street, Edinburgh

Some days it's difficult not to be overawed by the picturesque beauty of Edinburgh's premier shopping street...

Actually I'm being unfair, the side which has no shops on it is nice.

I'm glad it's Friday, it's my first week back at work and this time of year is always just a bit hectic. Prtly because you're finding your feet again after a long holiday ,but mainly because it's just about the only week in the year where all the students actually turn up. It's great to be back, but I'm looking forward to unwinding this weekend and finally recover from last weekend's festivities.

Thank goodness there's no one on blip who knows that I'm only working ten hours a week at the moment to slag me off for complaining.....
