Out of place

This castle is being built on the local commons. There was a castle in our town once but no-one knows exactly where. The plans for this were found in a barn.
There are a group of men 'The Cavaliers', who, a number of years ago realised that people would pay to see something burn.
Their last fire was in 2005 when they built a replica of Nelsons' ship 'HMS Victory'
They have to get planning permission to build the structure and planning permission to burn it. They all do it for nothing whilst holding down their normal jobs. A lot of material is donated and they make an lot of money for charity.
