Orchid using natural ight

Another flower another day.
I have just finished one of two hospital appointments this week which I walked and is a round trip of about 6 miles or so and then another 2 miles to pick up my huge prescription, so when I returned home I decided not to go out again so took this photo instead. This is an Orchid from the same bunch as my earlier Lily using only natural light from french doors just behind me. I'd tried using one and two flashes but was not happy with the result.

Canon EOS 40D with Sigma 50mm F2.8 macro lens. 1/125 sec ~ F2.8 ~ ISO 100 ~ macro set to 1:1 and focused manually ~ spot metering.
