This is my wife Debbie cooking in our little mini-kitchen ;-)

Tomorrow the counter folks are coming to make the counter template - then we just have to wait 3-4 weeks for them to fabricate and then install our new counters!

Sure will be nice to have our kitchen back - with more counter space and more cabinets - boy will that be great...
