Mzoli?s Meat

I consider this place analogous to the beach that coastal residents love but never get off their ass to enjoy. I have missed it greatly and am glad I had an excuse to come with a group (we are currently being visited by two teams of MBA "consultants" from UNC's business school). They have been working on the project for 6 weeks in NC and are now here for 10 days to finalize and present their recommendations. I have a healthy skepticism for all consultants, particularly students, but am hopeful that they will have some advice in the areas of focus: operations and strategic planning. As the client/host, we have planned a number of cultural activities to give them a full understanding of where we work and why. This meal was the last stop on a township tour that included some of the crèches, the high schools, and even a visit to Andile's shack.
