Early morning walk

Erica and I went for a walk this morning after the sheep woke us up and before breakfast. in the sunken lanes there were flowers that have gone over at home, and they looked so pretty I had to snap these wild primroses to remember them.

We packed the car - and the roofbox! and made our way to Carding Mill Valley. It was really hot and sunny and all of us burned (I did wear SPF 15 and I burned even so!) but we had a great alfresco picnic and then we had a walk and a paddle in the ford before making our way back to our homes.

It was just a good time really, not long, but we had great weather and good company.

Thanks Girls, I'll remember this for a long time.
