Bathroom sink antics in three shades of grey

"Play area" says Reuben as I sign "Want to go to the Disneyland play area today?" and Callum chips in "D" which is his favourite letter as in Mama says "What does the D say?" and Callum replies: "Deewee!!!" Our sign for Disneyland is sign "D" then "area/land". Would anyone be interested in seeing some signing/singing videos from Reu and I for educational purposes based on the Signing Time series?

So we're off to Disneyland for the day. You have to grab opportunities when you can in our lives and given the precious moments here will be more special than I can possibly hope to achieve at Disneyland later today, this is my blip of the day (or maybe...tbc).

Reuben has only had use of his vocal chords to cry and laugh, nevermind speak, for just 10 months due to vocal chord trauma and an inability to tolerate a speaking valve. He's loving his newfound voice, especially with it's newfound intensity post decannulation (taking out) of the trach.

So Reuben will get to graduate from UCLA this Friday and if I have any willing accomplices to help with photography, please let me know ;-0
