The Big Massacre - How could they?

Here was a whole alley of big trees, about 90 years old. Now they´ve cut down and taken away 16 of them, to give place for a garage entrance! How could they? It makes me so angry. I never heard it until today, and went there to look, but they were already taken down. Who knew about it? Why were no people there climbing in the trees to protect them?

The first big tree-fight was for the Elms in Kungsträdgården in Stockholm 1971. We were a lot of people there, days and nights, fighting against police-men and chainsaw-men. But we won! They´re still there!
