"i run for life"

today i went to the Susan G. Komen breast cancer walk in detroit--my very first breast cancer walk! it was really exciting and special to me, especially since my aunt jen is a breast cancer survivor of seven years! during the opening and closing ceremonies, they played this song called "i run for life", which i had never heard before then. but the song was really perfect for the occasion.


so these were the rings that my mom and i wore to the walk..very fitting :D
and i'm sorry for this being such a choppy blip, but i'm kind of exhausted. i think a nap is much needed.
