Hang On!!!!!

Today I took a quick trip to the park (after running through and buying a kid-friendly 'liquid lunch' aka Juice It Up smoothie) with Landon. Some older boys he's played with before at that same park included Landon in their game play of tug-of-war. It quickly turned into 'hold onto the rope and I'll drag you around the grass'. Yes, this was by Landon's choice. It lasted quite a while and much giggling ensued. I took a lot of pictures, as usual, and had a hard time picking just one. Many boys kept adding onto the pulling chain on the rope...considering little man is about 50 lbs. already.

In the evening, Liam had gymnastics...so I snuck away with him and enjoyed 2 hrs. of downtime just to read. It was a really nice combination...a good book and a Diet Pepsi.

One funny from today is this: While getting ready to leave for gymnastics...I saw chapstick on my bathroom counter and proceeded to put it on. Then I noticed a piece of cat fur on it. Well, I put two and two together and asked why Landon was in the bathroom for SO long with our cat Luke and he said 'I was putting chapstick on him." ewwwwwwww. I guess I indirectly kissed my cat on the lips!!! I am used to my kids running to use the bathroom and taking their cat with them so they can scoop them back up and go back to cuddling with them after they've 'done their business'. Big brother, Loren taught Landon that...so it wasn't unusual to see him coming out of the bathroom with a cat.

Loren is a collector of long words, so I got a funny e-mail from his teacher today saying to print this word out and give it to Loren....can anyone pronounce this?:
