Prints Not Dead Yet
Leonardo da Vinci's diaries were published in Finnish earlier this year. A young history researcher Laura Lahdensuu has translated the fascinating book from the original mirror reflected(!) hand-written texts.
Not only that the book is well written and interesting, it's also exceptionally high quality as a printed hardback. And that's quite rare these days, at least what comes to scientific publications.
Today's blip displays a bevelled detail from the book's cover.
