Disappointing

A tram for the city?

With all the fuss there's been, I'd expected more than one.

Don't know who thought this pointless piece of self-serving, self-satisfied, self-congratulatory tosh was worth putting up, but it seems entirely appropriate that some of the panels don't quite fit together properly.
