This weather makes everyone sleepy ....

As I was having breakfast I received a text from Erica to say that Katie, her little sister, died last night. Last I heard she was in remission, home from hospital and doing well. Shock and sadness. Erica is one of my oldest friends - we left home together. I can't imagine how she's feeling.

Spend the day unable to concentrate ... until David emails to say he's in London recording a friends sister who also has cancer and wants to leave some songs for her daughter.

Strange day ... sad day.
