Chicken Kebabs with Goldew Peppers
Make a marinade of the brine from the Goldew Peppers, White wine vinegar, soy sauce, oil, honey, two finely chopped Goldews, grated Ginger and 5 spice powder.
Alternately thread the Goldew Peppers and diced chicken onto soaked skewers.
Cover & leave for 2 hours.
BBQ for 8 minutes while basting with the excess marinade.
Serve with a crisp salad and huge amounts of South African wine!
