Ashness Bridge

After yesterdays jaunt around Derwentwater, the poor dog was just to knacked to go any distance so after a good mornings rest plus half a chicken for breakfast we drove to Ashness Bridge.
This is possibly the most photographed bridge in the lake district, but probably not from this angle.
I actuall slipped when I had finished taking this shot and ended up on my back, head first down the rocks, Chris had gone back to the car so I had to try and right myself without getting the camera wet....oh the embarassment. Thank god no one was there to see my predicament
