Burdock is actually another plant & both a fermented to make the well know drink. (Not fermented flies) Fermented Dandelion & Burdock!

Anyway we used to say way back! (When I was at primary school 30 odd years ago) that if you picked a Dandelion you would pee yourself! Never actually happened though.

I had a friend at the time who tried to test this to the extreme & he ate dozens of them! Still didn't work!
