Invisible art?

So, this is one of the pieces of invisible art still to be unveiled as part of the regeneration of Alloa town centre.

I'm not sure what I make of it! I know they have spent a bunch of money on these 4 pieces by Rob Mulholland. I think I'll reserve judgement until they are uncovered!
