So close, yet so far.

it's just 5 min. walk from where we live. I walk passed everyday to pick up my daughter from nursery school. Yet, I've never popped into any of these Japanese bars. And I know I will never in the future.

The reason?
It's because we feel the wall of 'Oyaji' (Japanese old mannish world) that most girls need some balls to (or someone with balls) to march into. Please do not take it as we do not like these places. We actually like this kind of nostalgic atmosphere, would love to experience if we had a chance.

At the moment, TESCO or Sainsbury feel closer than these places, to me.
