329 [on yer bike]

The sun was shining today, so lunch outside in the sun, and some fresh air after work with a cycle to suss out the route for cycling to work. The trip took me down hill towards work [the easy bit], along a farm road, then back up the hill [the hard bit] to get home.

Despite the killer hill, once I'd had a shower and a rest, I felt pretty good. I headed out to Tesco, in search of a new helmet, determined to continue on my bike.

Tomorrow might be a different story... I hope my legs manage to take me home!!
