Determined biker?

Last night was an awful night. I couldn't sleep, felt a bit sick and I couldn't breath through my nose which really disturbed me. When I woke up to 5° C and signs of recent rain, I thought for a moment of leaving the bike at home and take the subway the 8 kilometers to work...But, NO, I didn't.

The day went on just fine, sun came out and the weather was allright just until about 30 minutes before my going home. Then It started raining so hard I cant remember ever seeing anything like it. It was pouring down!!! And it didn't stop. Not for hours anyway.
This is just before I leave work, a bit in chock but well dressed after spending 20 minutes or so borrowing raincoat and trousers.
Preparing. 8 kilometers. No match. Let's go.
