All the different kinds of light....

The electric light fell off above my door a year (or was it two years?) (Or three?) ago and these spring starlings moved into the gap it left and are raising a very noisy family in there, in the ceiling, seems above my bed (especially at dawn which is about 4 am or so here just now).
I've never really missed the electric light, but I know I'll miss the starlings when they grow up and leave.
