Three or four ingredients

I am not much of a cook preferring to bake due to my sweet tooth. However I do wish sometimes I enjoyed it more and spent more time using some of my cookbooks.

Tonight feeling uninspired as to what to have with the chicken I took out the freezer I flicked through one of my cookbooks which is called Best ever Three or Four Ingredients Cookbook. I found a nice simple recipe that I can just about cope with after a busy day at work, I just hope it tastes ok! :)
